As we close the year of 2022, we look back on our successes and highlights.
December brought us important events and celebrations, here’s to the good stuff that happened this month. We look forward to 2023, where we hope to bring you more of the same.

As we look on the Greymouse Fiji retrospectives, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come and all the amazing memories that have been made along the way.

‘Tis the season to bring everyone together! What better way to celebrate the Christmas spirit than to get your team together for some festive bonding?
The elegant, formal and sophisticated evening suits and dresses were a hit at PH team’s Banquet & Gala Christmas Party. It was a night of thanksgiving, awards, music, dance, and games!
We would like to thank our incredible Philippines team for all of their hard work.
One of our clients had a surprise visit to our Greymouse Fiji Office.
It was wonderful to finally meet you!
Here is how we help our client:
| • | Answer incoming phone calls to make bookings and make outbound phone calls, gathering information to route appropriately if required. |
| • | Update and work with Health Track Software |
| • | Look up patient details from Workflow to book patients (Workflow has electronic requests from patients for bookings) |
| • | Request information from patients such as consent form completion etc. via electronic means |
| • | Confirm patients for their appointments as required. |
| • | Check for Empty slots in sessions as required so that the sessions can be filled by pulling up patients from future bookings. |
| • | Manage electronic worklists. |
| • | Understand the suburbs in which the client operates to ensure proximity and convenience of the patient. |
| • | Communicate in a manner consistent with positive patient relations. |
| • | Independently recognize, interpret, and evaluate situations and their level of urgency. |
