Finance Officer
Join our dynamic team at Greymouse as a Finance Officer, where you'll play a key role in managing end-to-end finance operations—from Accounts Payable and Receivable to reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities:
| • | End-to-end Accounts Payable management, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, and supplier management. |
| • | Manage employee expense reimbursements, credit card transactions, ad-hoc payments, and bank reconciliations. |
| • | Oversee Accounts Receivable processes, including cash receipting, debtor management, direct debit runs, and monthly statements. |
| • | Perform reconciliations (AP, AR, bank, supplier statements) and ensure accurate financial reporting. |
| • | Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships. |
| • | Contribute to continuous process improvements and support financial objectives and KPIs. |
| • | Provide coverage for other Finance Officer in their absence as required |
| • | Support the portfolio Credit Controller in delivering routine and ad-hoc report and provide coverage for Credit Controller in their absence as required. |
| • | Assist accounting team with transaction queries. |
| • | Assist with effective stakeholder relationship management with an emphasis on fostering excellent business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. |
Skills, Attributes & Experience:
| • | Accounting, Business or other Tertiary/Professional qualification desirable |
| • | Solid understanding of core accounting principles and applicable accounting standards (IFRS, A-IFRS) |
| • | Sound problem solving and analytical skills |
| • | Highly effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentational) |
| • | Well-developed planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail |
| • | High level of computer literacy including computerised accounting packages and MS Office products |
| • | Energetic and Self-motivated being able to work autonomously and in a team based environment |
| • | High level of adaptability/flexibility coupled with a keenness to learn |
| • | Commitment to excellence, innovation and continuous improvement |
