A Day In The Life of Martha, Greymouse Virtual Assistant

She had previously assumed her career path was in sales, but her outlook has changed since trying out administrative work at Greymouse. “It is critical to seize opportunities and be open to new perspectives and ideas, as these insights may lead you down a beneficial new path.” It has been a year since Martha adapted and embraced the culture of a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

CRM maintenance, including adding new customer profiles
Creating PDF instruction manuals
Creating, saving, organizing and maintaining knowledge-based articles
Preparing spreadsheets and keeping online records
Premium plan and repairs tasks
Researching as required

Martha believes that her clients’ feedback is critical to improving her service delivery. She is highly motivated by her desire to complete all of her tasks to the best of her ability.
