Key Responsibilities:
• | Oversee the administration of employee leave, ensuring alignment with policy and coordination with department heads. |
• | Develop and review HR documents including employment contracts, HR policies, letters, and internal communications. |
• | Prepare, analyze, and present monthly HR reports and workforce data to management. |
• | Maintain and strengthen HR records management systems for both digital and physical documentation |
• | Lead recruitment activities including job design, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and final selection. |
• | Manage and facilitate the onboarding and induction process for all new hires. |
• | Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures across the organization. |
Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in line with legislation and best practice. | |
• | Provide strategic support to the leaders, contributing to workforce planning, employee engagement, and Organisational development initiatives. |
Lead the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all statutory requirements including PAYE, FNPF, and other relevant contributions. |
Requirements
• | A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. |
• | Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR, with exposure to multiple facets of the HR function. |
• | In-depth knowledge of labour laws, including the Employment Relations Act and other relevant legislation. |
• | Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems. |

• | Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels. |
• | High attention to detail with strong planning and organizational abilities. |

• | Strong work ethic, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. |
