Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the administration of employee leave, ensuring alignment with policy and coordination with department heads.
Develop and review HR documents including employment contracts, HR policies, letters, and internal communications.
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly HR reports and workforce data to management.
Maintain and strengthen HR records management systems for both digital and physical documentation
Lead recruitment activities including job design, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and final selection.
Manage and facilitate the onboarding and induction process for all new hires.
Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures across the organization.
Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in line with legislation and best practice.
Provide strategic support to the leaders, contributing to workforce planning, employee engagement, and Organisational development initiatives.
Lead the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all statutory requirements including PAYE, FNPF, and other relevant contributions.

Requirements

A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR, with exposure to multiple facets of the HR function.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws, including the Employment Relations Act and other relevant legislation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
