Creativity among the team members is the key to the success of Greymouse and the culture that exists within it.

The idea of outsourcing was very vivid to Marisa’s mind that it stuck to her for years until technology became more convenient and powerful enough to help operate the business she wanted to pursue.

On the 8th of May 2005, that idea became reality.

As we commemorate our 16^th founding Anniversary, I would like to thank the Greymouse team for their commendable performance during the past year. As the General Manager, I am very proud of the way the company has evolved and risen to the challenges even in the face of adversity. The team’s professionalism, dedication, courage and patience has served as an inspiration. Big thank you to Marisa and Kelvin for creating Greymouse that is giving us jobs and is contributing to civilization.

When I joined Greymouse back in 2013, I was beaming with pride over the company’s vision that has so much prestige and potential. This important role of Greymouse provided me with the right motivation and inspiration to lead the company.

Looking back on the rich history of this company, we began in Suva in 2005 and now, we have an office in the Philippines that will turn 8 years old soon.

Greymouse through the years, as pioneers of outsourcing in Fiji, has been at the forefront in the delivery of various possible outsourcing roles. Considering the magnitude of its contribution to the economy by alleviating poverty through transformational jobs, I am sure that there are so many celebrations out there than in the company, as well as moments we are proud of as members of the Greymouse family.

Meanwhile, the year 2020 and 2021 has been a very challenging one not only for us but also for the country and the whole of humanity. We are now facing an invisible enemy that has caused an unprecedented health crisis on a global scale that has not only endangered and threatened human lives but also crippled the global economy.

As the health situation continues to evolve, we would like to assure our clients that we have updated our action plans to adjust to the current condition. Our Business Continuity Plan which we have in place will also take care of our operations in every situation. Despite the sudden shift to the “new normal”, we will continuously and tirelessly work at home and in our offices whenever possible, to serve our clients.

The task ahead is quite a challenge to all of us. We cannot afford to fail to deliver. We just need to put our acts together. We cannot perform individually but rather collectively and together, so that we can effectively perform our mandate and achieve our vision.

Therefore, I encourage each one of you, as proud members of this prestigious organization, to continue giving your very best in every way you can so that together, we shall achieve our dreams and aspirations for a better life as well as our vision for continued stability.

Together we shall heal and win as one!
