Mortgage Broker Admin Assistant
• | Maintain a knowledge base of current lender policy to help brokers efficiently place applications |
• | Assist with diary management for the brokers |
• | Prepare documents, for submissions and compliance for the lenders |
• | Complete admin and data entry for electronic lodgment |
• | Maintain excellent customer service with high attention to detail |
• | Work effectively within a team to accomplish team goals |
Administration Officer
• | Make follow up emails and calls to clients |
• | Be on the first queue for Answering calls |
• | Check on clients to see if they need any advice in anything or needs our assistance in anything |
• | Schedule and book meetings for clients, and even for the teams briefing |
• | Attend all the meeting when the owners are involved in |
• | Make minute meetings |
• | Send out ATO NOTICE for clients, whether there is an overdue debt, BAS or lodgment |
• | Data Entry |
• | Ensure that triage table is always cleared, emails are actioned, and clients are acknowledged or advised when needed to |
• | Update OH Clients to ensure that all clients are assigned or followed up |
• | Make a reminder for owners when there is an upcoming meeting or event to be attended |
Accountant
• | Establish high performing teams, including coaching and mentoring team member |
• | Manage a team of Intermediate and Junior Accountant onshore and offshore |
• | Engage in lead conversion and taking clients through engagement process |
• | Get involved in marketing & client experience delivery |
• | Lead the planning, management, and delivery of engagements, including proactive stakeholder management, commercial project outcomes, resourcing, and risk management |
• | Develop strong professional networks including growing and maintaining long-term productive client relationships |
• | Prepare and deliver proposals and realising business development plans |
• | Demonstrate an understanding of client industry sector, key performance drivers, business trends, and new technical and industry developments |
• | Prepare and deliver financials (BAS, IAS, CTR, FBT, etc.) reports, creating cashflow reports for meeting productivity targets |
