Ever heard of the quote, ‘It always seems impossible until it’s done?’ These are words by Nelson Mandela that our enthusiastic Greymouse Virtual Assistant, Fane lives by.

Understandably, if you have never met a VA before, it may be hard to see how they can juggle multiple clients, all with varying requirements, plus clients admin work. However, VA’s are masters of the juggling act!

Fane starts her day by logging into the system, checking and actioning emails accordingly, and from there she has her cup of coffee which is very crucial for her daily survival. After she’s gone through the emails, she takes care of her client work for the day. These tasks could vary from business needs to helping a client with personal matters. Each task is so different, which means Fane gets to learn new skills or vast amounts of information that she may not have had the chance to learn otherwise.

As a Virtual Assistant, Fane wears so many hats daily, which requires a great deal of attention, organisation, time management and an attitude of always having room to learn and grow.
