Because of the change in our work set-up in the first half of 2020, many employees experienced disrupted routines which led us to struggle with procrastination. Through lesser movement and communication limited to video chats or calls, we suddenly find the convenience in getting more available hours in a day.
Psychology research suggests that procrastination is a symptom rather than a sign of weakness— which means we really are not at fault. Everyone goes through it from time to time especially when you’re being too hard on yourself.
