Each month, our CEO, Faiyaz, conducts a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis with our leaders, including Partnership Manager Shobna, Customer Service Manager Alisi, and Human Resource Officer Roshika. Our Office Manager in the Philippines, Gigi, also joined the session online, sharing her valuable insights and leadership perspectives from our Philippine team. This process helps us navigate our path forward with clarity and purpose.

The team identified several core strengths that have been crucial to our success: our highly skilled workforce, innovative service offerings, strong customer relationships, and a solid reputation in the industry.
