Greymouse believes that the past holds valuable lessons and for us, two key principles have been instrumental in our success: dreaming big and having unwavering faith in our ability to making those dreams a reality.

For our founder, Marisa, the idea of outsourcing was very vivid in her mind and it stuck with her for years until the advent of new technologies and tools. We turned this dream into a concrete plan of action, developing strategies and goals that would drive our business forward.

And on May 8th, 2005, that dream became a reality.

As we celebrate our 18th founding anniversary, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Greymouse team for their exceptional performance over the past year. As CEO/MD, I am immensely proud of the company’s evolution and its ability to overcome challenges, even in the face of adversity. Our passionate pursuit of our dreams has turned mistakes into valuable lessons, and our determination and perseverance have enabled us to rise again and again.

The team’s unwavering professionalism, dedication, courage, and patience have been a constant source of inspiration for us. We are deeply grateful to Marisa and Kelvin for creating Greymouse, which has transformed countless lives. Greymouse played a significant role in the industry— being the pioneering BPO in Fiji and at the forefront in the delivery of various possible outsourcing roles. Greymouse has also been setting high standards in providing outsourcing services and even, employment since then.

With its impact on the economy by alleviating poverty through transformational jobs, it is clear that Greymouse’s contributions are cause for celebration not only within the company, but throughout the wider community.

As members of the Greymouse family, we take immense pride in the company’s vision and potential. It is this sense of purpose that motivates and inspires us to lead the company forward.
