”Today will be a productive day and I will be a blessing to everyone I meet.” These are the words Rachell would often recite to get her day started during work. For the 4 years, she has been working in Greymouse, she has set a great standard, especially for newly hired virtual assistants of the PH Team.
Being a virtual assistant is so rewarding; you get to help business owners who align with Greymouse values and be their right hand to help them fulfill their dreams, and you are getting paid for doing something that you love as per Rachell.
According to Rachell, the best thing about her job is it gives you an opportunity to grow every day. She covers the following tasks and helps Greymouse and her clients through:
• | Monitoring the triage for DTech; |
• | Actioning the tickets and raising them to IT Engineers; |
• | Answering inbound calls for our different clients; |
• | Logging tickets regarding technical issues; |
• | Forwarding emails to the concerned persons; |
• | Logging leads and orders; |
• | Sending out opening and closing messages and; |
• | Chasing payments and receipts from clients. |
To become a great virtual assistant, one must be able to understand his/her role and have vast skills. You should also be able to cover various tasks, handle multiple clients and ensure business owners and entrepreneurs are provided with the best assistance for their business needs. For 4 years, Rachell has been giving her 100% on all tasks. She always makes sure to make her clients happy and satisfied as Greymouse is particular about providing high-quality service. When asked how she boosts motivation in her teammates, she says to always be optimistic, grateful and Stop underestimating what you are actually capable of doing. Rachell states that being a good team player is important, “Along with the willingness to learn.” She adds.
