Greymouse Philippines is located in Legazpi City, Philippines. It started its operations in September 2013. This team was originally created to support Fiji operations but it thrived through the country’s pool of talent fitted for the BPO industry. It allowed Greymouse to expand its offerings to its Australian market.
Today GM-Philippines has its own IT Department and Personal Assistance (PA) Department. It is also home to the company’s Marketing & Techie Department. It is also currently providing web development, software testing services and chat support services to one of the biggest software companies in Australia, operating under GM’s Virtual Branch arrangement.
The Philippines Team specialises in the American and Western accent, complementing the Fiji Team’s Australian and South Pacific Accent.
Greymouse Fiji is located in the capital city of Suva. It started its operations in 2005 providing online IT support to small and medium sized businesses. Back then, there were only two people working in the office. Today GM-Fiji has 45 skilled and experienced people in the team serving clients for their VA, IT and online Accounting needs.
The Fiji Team is especially apt for work that requires voice interaction with clients since the South Pacific Accent is readily understood by the Australian Market. With Fiji’s high service orientation, we are able to deliver exemplary service to our clients.

Kelvin and Marisa started exploring the possibilities of operating a BPO company at a time when the industry was still very young. In 2005, after 3 years of planning, Greymouse opened its doors to the market. Today it is providing services to dozens of small and medium-sized companies all over Australia and the South Pacific Region.
Although Marisa is considered to be the brains behind the company, Kelvin is the man behind its service delivery infrastructure. Their complementing skills and teamwork made it possible for the business to grow through the years.
More than the “what” of the business is the couple’s “why” – and this is the very heart of the company. Kelvin and Marisa wanted to help people in poverty through transformational employment.
