At Greymouse, we don’t just build careers—we build legacies.

Over the years, we have watched many of our team members grow, evolve, and reach incredible milestones. But few stories are as heartwarming as that of our two trainers, Taniela and Farheen, who quite literally grew up within our office walls.

Long before they stepped into their current roles, Taniela and Farheen were just children, running around our office during their primary school days. With their parents working at Greymouse, they spent countless hours soaking in the vibrant environment, becoming a part of our extended family from an early age. After school, they would wait for their parents in the Greymouse office, further immersing themselves in the company’s culture and operations. It wasn’t just about passing time—it was about growing up within the walls of a place that would one day feel like home.

Fast forward to today, and they have come full circle—now standing at the forefront of our training team while pursuing their university degrees. Their journey from playful kids to dedicated professionals is a testament to the strong culture of mentorship, learning, and opportunity that Greymouse fosters.

Growing up around the business gave them a unique perspective. They saw firsthand the dedication, hard work, and passion that drive our team. As they transitioned from high school students to university scholars, they naturally gravitated toward taking on responsibilities within Greymouse.

Now, as trainers, Taniela and Farheen are shaping the next generation of talent, bringing with them not just their professional knowledge but also years of deep-rooted understanding of our company’s values and operations. Taniela is now training in the IT department, while Farheen has grown into her role as a full-time bookkeeper for Greymouse. Farheen started with us one year ago and has shown tremendous dedication and growth in her field.

Their story embodies what Greymouse stands for—creating a workplace where people don’t just come and go, but where they thrive, build careers, and contribute to something bigger than themselves. It’s a rare and special privilege to witness such growth, and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements.

Greymouse has always been a part of my life, even before I understood what it meant to have a career. Being here feels like home, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back through training the next generation.
