Human Resource Manager – PH

  • Develop and maintain the HR system to meet the top management information needs
  • Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law
  • Recruits, interviews, test, and selects employees to fill vacant positions and carry out new employee orientation
  • Advises Office Manager or General Manager in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization
  • Administers benefits programs such as health insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
  • Represents organization at job fairs, workshops and personnel-related hearings and investigations

  • Candidate must be a College Graduate preferably in the field of Human Resources, Psychology or the equivalent
  • Good in multi-tasking, conflict management and great attention to details
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Has the ability to follow systems and procedures in place
